With a few similar looks popping up in the small experimental film market, I wanted Psych Blues #5 to be something new and more distinguishable from other pre-exposed films. Although some of the colors and effects might remind you of my other films, Psych Blues #5 looks completely different. The color blows out the edges of the negative and fades into the center, causing the image to look framed. Throughout the roll you will find a few vertical streaks of light and areas that look a bit like a galaxy, but most of the light is kept off the center of the frame to help retain your exposure’s color.
